SuluCollection.com ships via FedEx within the Continental United States.
Our Shipping Charges:
FedEx Ground: Free Ground Shipping for orders within the Continental United States for orders $200+. Flat rate shipping: $9.95 within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii) for orders under $200. We ship to Hawaii for a flat fee of $35.
FedEx 2-Day : $25 Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
FedEx Overnight: $40 Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
SuluCollection.com is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed after 2PM EST.
We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and France for a flat fee of $35. We ship to the Turks & Caicos for a flat fee of $50.Customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping to other countries at this time. Customers can email us with requests to ship to other countries and we will determine if we can accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
When placing your SuluCollection.com order, please keep in mind that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will ship on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped which will include the FedEx tracking number.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. You can decide on how to proceed based on this information. Please remember, however, that each of our beautiful tunics is handcrafted in India, and so production and shipping for some of our styles might take 2-3 weeks for delivery...they are definitely worth the wait!
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the date on which ordered items were delivered to you.
If you need to make an exchange for a full priced item, we can give you a refund for your returned item and then we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want.
Email Sulu Collection at customerservice@sulucollection.com to obtain a return authorization number.
All Sale merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No refunds.
All Jewelry is a FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
Items purchased using promotional discount codes may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No refunds.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your RETURN.
Returns must be received by Sulu Collection in their original condition, not having been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Sulu Collection reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or a shipping error has been made.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and may use their preferred carrier. Sulu Collection encourages the customer to re-use the original shipping box. Using a shipper that provides a tracking number is recommended.
