Our Shipping Charges:
FedEx Ground: Free Shipping within the Continental United States on orders over $150. Shipping on orders below $150 is $9.95 within the Continental United States.
FedEx 2-Day : $18 Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
FedEx Overnight: $25 Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
SuluCollection.com is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed after 2PM EST.
At this point in time, we are unable to provide free shipping to customers in Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. We will advise them of the applicable FedEx shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.
We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
When placing your SuluCollection.com order, please keep in mind that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will ship on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped which will include the FedEx tracking number.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. You can decide on how to proceed based on this information. Please remember, however, that each of our beautiful tunics is handcrafted in India, and so production and shipping for some of our styles might take 2-3 weeks for delivery...they are definitely worth the wait!
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the date on which ordered items were delivered to you.
Exchanges cannot be accepted - if you need to make an exchange, we can give you a refund for your returned item and then we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want.
Email Sulu Collection at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns must be received by Sulu Collection in their original condition, not having been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Sulu Collection reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or a shipping error has been made.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and may use their preferred carrier. Sulu Collection encourages the customer to re-use the original shipping box. Using a shipper that provides a tracking number is recommended.
